King Apartment is situated one minute from the Danube on the Pest side of Budapest, near Margaret Island, which you can easily reach on foot, (ten minutes). The Parliament is also ten minutes away. The most important tramlines (no 4, 6, 2) go through the square where the flat is. The building itself was built in the 30s in a very nice art deco style and has just been renovated. In the surroundings there are a lots of pubs, restaurants and supermarkets.
